System Overview
The Hongjoy UPS series ultra-pure water system features a simple and elegant design. It directly purifies tap water to meet the water quality requirements of national standards GB/T6682-92, ASTM, NCCLS, and ISO3696:1995. It is a cost-effective pure water preparation system for hospital testing laboratories.
System Functions
Intelligent Control
Microcomputer automatic control with system self-test, automatic protection against water/power interruption, automatic start/stop based on water tank level, and automatic system flushing.
Premium Components
Utilizes custom RO membranes, imported fittings, and other international brand components. Modular and integrated advanced process design ensures stable performance and simplified installation/maintenance.
Cost-Effective Operation
Specialized pre-treatment system significantly extends consumable life and reduces operating costs.

Application Areas
Type I Application
Suitable for automatic biochemistry analyzers from Hitachi, Roche, Beckman (Olympus), Toshiba, Abbott, Mindray, Kehua, Dirui, etc. Also for luminescence immunoassay and container washing.
Type II & III Application
Suitable for clinical immunoassays, ELISA detection, reagent preparation, clinical laboratory experiments, and microbial culture.
Special Notes
Important Configuration Considerations:
- For 80-100L models with inlet water pressure below 0.3MPa, a raw water booster system must be added.
- In areas with high residual chlorine in raw water, a ULU special filter or automatic activated carbon filter must be added.
- In areas with high water hardness, an automatic water softener must be added.
